Who processes your data
Amonitte is the controller for data collected through this site. For any question about your personal data, use the contact address at the end of this page.
What we collect
Only the name and email address you enter in the waitlist form, your chosen language, and the dates you signed up and confirmed. We also briefly record your IP address to limit abuse of the form. We use no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
Why we use it
To send you a confirmation email, to tell you when Amonitte launches, and to protect the form against automated signups. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent, given when you submit the form and confirmed when you follow the link we email you. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Who we share it with
We use processors that handle data on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (site hosting) and Upstash (rate limiting). Each processes the data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted once the confirmation link expires.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD.
